So, I order some parts, and Fedex delivered the order to the wrong address. They apologized and resent, but believe or not, this replacement order was also delivered to the wrong address. Since I do business with these people quite often, I walked to the wrong addresses in both cases, but the packages were long gone.
Finally, they suggest that they mail the package to my PO Box instead. I think this is a great idea, but unfortunately the package fails to turn up. Why? Because the person shipping the item put the wrong zip code on the package. Now, they are refusing to refund my money.
I have done business with this company before, so if everything goes according to plan then the order should be fine. However, a hint of adversity, and you'll get no help but an angry email refusing to refund your $36.
