We cannot look up parts for vehicles not made for the US market and/or cannot verify parts applications on said vehicle. We are not responsible for incorrect fitment on vehicles not made for the US market.
We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and other fees that may incur during shipment. You as the buyer assume full responsibility of these fees. We only charge the amount of shipping from the facility to your location.
NO RETURNS on all International orders, due to exchange rates, customs fees, and manufacturer’s policies. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping time for international orders is not under our control. Buyer assumes responsibility to track and retrieve their order when required from customs or carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged international shipments. You will be provided with a tracking number for each package. Please note that time in transit for your shipment does not include order processing time. There is no transit or processing on weekends and holidays. International shipping is available for an additional charge. A shipping charge will be calculated once the item is packaged and weighed. You will receive notification as to the actual shipping charge.
Back Orders
Most back orders are filled within 3-6 weeks although some may take longer. If a part goes on back order, we will notify you. If you agreed to wait for back order to release, but you decide to cancel during the waiting period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Some parts may get discontinued during the back order wait period. This we will notify you of and there will be no 20% restocking fee. Back order parts are special order classic parts. There are no returns or funds on these parts, all sales final.
Return Policies
All returns: Must be in original packaging, complete, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
We do not accept return of parts purchased for cars 10 years old. These sales are all final unless the mistake is our own. Parts for cars 2010 and older will not be accepted for return. NO EXCEPTIONS
Old parts: Parts returned for core deposit refund must be assembled and in original packaging and all fluids completely drained out of cores, diagnostic sheets filled out, returned in original Volvo box..
Electrical Items: NO RETURN OR REFUND ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned.
If you installed the part or just plugged it in, the smallest of spark can render an electrical item defect. In the interest of our future customers we do not accept electrical items back unless they are in a sealed package. We will however, review any part that is returned to us if you have obtained an RAN and render a judgment as to whether credit can be given.
Our Error: Items that need to be returned due to catalog error or where you provided VIN # but received the wrong part. Please contact us and we will email you a UPS call tag. Returns are subject to review and providing us VIN # does not imply we are responsible. Example; if you ordered a left and meant a right we are not responsible for return shipping charges.
Ordered in Error: Example; if you ordered a left and meant a right we are not responsible for return shipping charges or If you don’t like the item you received you can return it but please keep in mind: return shipping charges are your responsibility and some items cannot be returned and restocking fees may incur. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a damaged part is received, you MUST contact us within three days of the delivery date. All damage claims past three days will NOT be accepted.
NO RETURNS on all International orders. All returns for orders placed and shipped in the US after 60 days WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED . Parts that are eligible for return must be in the original packaging with no markings or damage to the part or packaging. Returns that are not acceptable will be returned to customer or a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Customers will be responsible and charged for any additional shipping fee if any of the following situations occur:
Inaccurate / Undeliverable Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is deliverable and complete. Volvopartswebstore.com is not liable for any inaccurate / undeliverable shipping address. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct and deliverable shipping address for USPS/UPS/FedEx delivery upon submitting the order. Any charges incurred by us while rerouting or making an address correct will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unsuccessful Delivery
UPS and FedEx make up to three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the third and final delivery attempt has been made and the driver was unable to leave the package, UPS or FedEx will return the package to the sender. Customer will be responsible and charged for the shipping fee, for both the original delivery charges and the undeliverable package.
Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused, will be billed to the customer
What items cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

- (12) Controlled parts: parts that require a VIN for ordering so the manufacturer can ensure the parts belong to the vehicle it is being installed to. Controlled parts include, but are not limited to: emission labels, air bags, and seatbelts.
- (13) Any item that has been installed, altered, used, or otherwise no longer in brand new condition.
- (14) Any item not purchased from VOLVOPARTSWEBSTORE.COM
- (15) Any item with the genuine manufacturer label missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable.
- (16) Any item deemed non-returnable by the manufacturer.
- (17) Safety items, which include, but are not limited to: air bags, seat belts.
Shipping Policies
- Shipping charges are based on a percentage of the sale price, with a min. shipping fee of $9.99.
- Shipping time for international orders is not under our control. Buyer assumes responsibility to track and retrieve their order when required from customs or carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged international shipments.
- Because of the various weights and sizes of our items, the shipping charges calculated by our system may differ from the actual shipping cost.

- For security reasons we do not ship to PO boxes or FPO’s.
- Airbags, Seatbelts, Paint, and some Fuel Pumps are classified as HAZMAT and the charges for Hazmat items are charged to order. NOTE: Item noted as hazmat are NON-RETURNABLE. So ask questions before you order.
- International shipping is available for an additional charge. A shipping charge will be calculated once the item is packaged and weighed. You will receive notification as to the actual shipping charge.
Custom Applications / Modifications
Volvo parts webstore is not responsible for custom applications of parts ordered for the sole purpose of modifying the car in any way other than what came on the car from the factory. You as the buyer assume full responsibly of the purchase. All returns must be approved before being accepted.
